Feeling degraded after a client snapped at me in front of a morning show producer. The morning show producer, who was not a fan of pr people, showed sympathy for me.

Journalist you most respect, and why:

Christopher Hitchens. I love his Vanity Fair coverage on Iraq. Scott Moxley because he's cool. Nick Schou because he doesn't give up easily on a story and he also happens to be the best husband in the whole wide world.

Advice you'd give to a college journalism student:

Get an internship and read as much literature and journalism as you can to influence your own style.
